The Poison Review

Life in the Fast Lane has posted a wonderfully comprehensive review of seafood poisoning,  along with three great videos about fugu, the pufferfish, and ciguatera.  i’m just glad I didn’t read this before my trip to New York earlier this week, where I ate at two of my favorite restaurants in the world: the Grand Central Oyster Bar and Sushi Yasuda.
